Breitling has a new movement
Known to be one of the first brands to break the habit with the invention of the chronograph, Breitling now presents the new Transocean Chronograph 1915 . Though Transoceans use automatic movements, this special model has a new manufacture movement, more exactly a hand-wound movement working in 33 jewels with a whole 70-hour reserve. Having a 28,800 vph frequency, it can measure events at 1/4 of a second.

Breguet's New Tradition
This brand has brought new at 2015 Baselworld the most waited Tradition Automatique Seconde Rétrograde 7097 . So what does it have unusual beasides the other in the same collection?
It can be visible that the design helps the 7097 model climb to the top due to its innovative way of reading the time and being able to observe the watch mechanical work in the same time.
This elegant wristwatch is made of 18-carat white gold and has a self-winding movement. The engine can be turned by hand. The blue hands made of steel wear the Breguet signature having open tips.

The bridge for the gear train and the balance wheel are placed symmetrical to one another. Under the hour circlet, elegantly decorated with roman numbers, you can easily spot the anti-shock device, an innovative pare-chute , invention created by Breguet himself. The retrograde small seconds are placed at 10 o'clock.
The upper circlet has enscripted the number of the edition, but the brand hasn't disclosed yet how many watches were produced in this edition.

Tradition Automatique Seconde Rétrograde 7097 uses an 505SR1 Caliber with an automatic movement of 14 1/2 lignes. The power reserve reaches 50 hours running in 38 jewels and the frequency of 21,600 vph.
With a 40.00 mm diameter and a sapphire case back, it is also available in a 18-carat rose gold. The watch is water resistant up to 30 meters.
The price will not pass over $40,000 or €37,905, but it will also be some time untill it will go much under this price. Along with the precision, the details make the whole watch worth spending hours in studying every little movement and particularity.

Blancpain Villeret's New Watch
The brands has released a new model named Blancpain Villeret Grand Date , the first in the line with a big date. The unusual detail consists in the fact that the date is split in two rectange windows.
The caliber is 6950, firstly presented in 2005, which has the following purpose:
“When Blancpain's watchmakers conceived the caliber 6950, they had as their objective to maximize legibility of the date, while at the same time enabling an instant change at midnight. At the same time, they set out to ensure that the mechanism would not significantly increase the movement's profile. The result: an automatic movement with two mainspring barrels and a date mechanism designed to resist shocks. It further distinguishes itself with its free sprung balance with a silicium spiral and regulated by gold regulation screws. Fully having proven its capacities, this is the movement that powers the new Villeret Grande Date timepiece.”

The power reserve lasts 72 hours and the movement has 285 components, including 35 jewels. It is 32.00mm wide and 4.75mm thick with a balance wheel made of silicone and a free-sprung Glucydur balance wheel with gold screws for a refined adjustement.
The price isn't disclosed but it is said will overpass $20,000 a little bit. How little or much, we will soon find out.
